Title: Zendesk Consultant

Location:  Miami Florida - Preferably in Miami, but we can try for remote too.

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

As a technical consultant your responsibility will be required to study the current system/process/design flow and document findings and solutions. This role will require ability to suggest assess the gap and come with options to improve. The individual will have a strong knowledge of design and with experience of worked in business-critical applications. This position requires excellent client services and technical skills. Job Responsibilities Study the CRM system to support various business and technology needs Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices. Maintenance of current custom integrations Changing current custom integrations to Zendesk approved integrations Building new integrations between Zendesk and Qualtrics, Sprinklr and Zendesk. Monitor, test and implement Triggers, Automation and Workflows Integrate 3rd party applications or the integration of additional systems Support, Implement and/or optimize the following channels: Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots, and automation Support the overall applicaiton Required Skills 12 -15 plus years of Experience in Application Development 5+ years of Zendesk experience across all channels (Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots and automation) Strong understanding of the Zendesk platform, with the ability to build custom apps and custom objects, custom fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Working knowledge of Developer tools including Creation, CRM apps and APIs is a plus 

Primary skillset:

Integrations with Zendesk.

experience with data pipeline and ETL:, API knowledge and experience, Cloud computing, and finally  Zendesk integration experience.
