Work with Business Operations Lead/team, Identify their pain points and areas for efficiency/productivity improvements. Write Epics and user stories, create backlog, refine backlog. Triage the EPIC/stories with IT Implementation team. Partner with various teams to successfully roll out automated workflows and enhancements, ensuring a great end-to-end customer experience across all departments. Ensures initiatives meet stated business goals and solutions are delivered with quality. Ability to drive a larger team on delivering on a day-to-day business. Experience working as a Product Manager (PM)/Product Owner (PO), Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Coach. Ability to engage the technical and business teams to drive story mapping, product journeys, requirements, planning and task estimations to support top business priorities. Demonstrated product leadership by mastering skills in requirements authoring, business analysis, analytics, product road-mapping, partnering with the business, determining feasibility, and planning with development teams. Should understand the end-to-end project context Business Requirement Document to deployment/releases on agile mode. Be able to work with Business on the one hand and IT Implementation team on the other. Working experience with Automation Initiatives supporting productivity improvements with Healthcare Payor (Claims) & Provider Business Operations. Experienced in workflows, processes, and metrics to support Agile/Scrum, using the latest tools. Deeper domain experience in Healthcare Payor and Provider Areas Experience with Auto Adjudication improvement Initiatives within Healthcare Payor Area Good to Have Experience levels : Total experience 10 + Yrs. Business analyst experience 7 years, Product Manager/Product Owner 3 Yrs. Exposure to agile methodology; Maturity, communication, and leadership skills Expertise in online scrum tools, such as Jira or Confluence, or other similar tools.
