Job Title: Juniper Network Engineer Location: Hammond, IN (Onsite) Duration: 6+Months Visa Type: No H1 Must be local to IN Job Description:- Required: 5 years of Network Engineering experience 4+ years Juniper experience QFX Switches for layer 2 services,(ISP) security configuration, and EVPN 3+ years optical networking, preferably Ciena Wavelogic experience. Knowledge of BGP IX peering and data center interconnect Must have Campus Fiberoptic experience. Expert knowledge of WAN Circuits, MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, FR/ATM, ACLs, TCP/IP, IPX Extensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VLANs using Juniper equipment, to include intimate knowledge of Spanning Tree Protocol, VLAN Trunking Protocol, inter-VLAN routing, IPV6 and trunking with ISL and 802.1q Strong knowledge of VPN IPSec/SSL solutions and hands-on deployment experience Knowledge of load balancing for web systems and e-commerce, Juniper EVPN implementation experience as well as knowledge of the building blocks of EVPN (eBGP, OSPF or ISIS Underlay, BGP Overlay, Data Center Interconnects, VLAN-to-VNI mappings, micro segmentation using VRFs) Must be local to Hammond, IN and able to work onsite.
