Job Title: SAP Technical Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA (HYBRID) Duration: 06+ Months Contract Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM The consultant would be supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules: Learning Management and other SucessFactors applications like On-boarding 1.0, Performance Management Goal Management, Succession, and Recruiting Management. Preferred to have at least 2 active certifications for above modules. This encompasses all kinds of support categories such as Integration projects, minor Developments, Change requirements etc. SAP SuccessFactors new release updates: the consultant is obliged to explain new universal features, enhancements that the application offers; based on clients confirmation, required updates can be implemented in the system. Experience in understanding business user expectations Hands on Experience on SAP HCM, on OM & PA Modules. Work with SAP HCM team and PO team to identify data integrity issues Ability to provide high level and detail estimates Ability to create implementation plans and project schedules Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills Responsibilities: Leads and develops technical and business systems related activities of major significance to the company. Advises project managers and clients on technical solutions. Responsible for assisting in preparing project proposals. '-Performs code review and acts as a single point of contact for all SAP developments. -Writes and validates the technical specification and creates test scripts. -Supports production configuration and assist in functional change requests. -Assists with initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality. -Works with the SAP Functional experts to facilitate incident and problem resolution. '-Resolves complex technical issues and independently manages critical/complex situations. -Supports business implementations by sharing best practice development skills. -Participates in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and makes recommendations.
