Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical thinking abilities the person should be able to understand the impact of ISO changes on financial crimes solutions ie how the payments data is utilized. The ideal individual should be able to support BA to perform impact analysis, document the findings, support the business in requirements gathering, develop system requirements, perform data mapping, support testing strategy/test case development, support SIT, UAT and assist with change management, production-go live support. He/she must establish and maintain communication with project team, management and stakeholders. He/she must work closely with Business Analyst, business, technology, QA, program management and most importantly with the vendor product/professional services teams to development of project plans and facilitation of design/implementation/testing tasks.
