I foresee this to be a 4 to 6 weeks initiative, depending on the proficiency of the resource on Tableau CRM. Use case: The Salesforce COE insights app is built on the Salesforce Tableau platform and security center. Currently, this app is polling many Abbott salesforce orgs for various attributes primarily focused on org security and health. This needs an enhancement to pull the org data storage as part of the daily polling process and showcase the data storage as a dashboard on the COE insights app. The COE insights app is a group of dashboards powered by Salesforce Tableau CRM to visualize the data being pulled by the security center. The requirement is to add a new dashboard to showcase the data storage of all connected orgs. |
