| From: Sweety, Source InfoTech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you all are doing great, Please check the given below Job description, US citizens or GC only Role: Program / Project Manager (Facilities/Construction experience) Location: Folsom, NJ (Must be local, No Exceptions) Duration: 12 months Interview: Video Role is Hybrid. 2-3 days on site and some local travel to existing sites. Candidates must be local to the Folsom, NJ area or within a one hour and 30 minutes commute. REQUIRED SKILLS: The Program Manager MUST HAVE a background in construction management to understand the different scopes and terminology associated with construction projects of this magnitude. General IT infrastructure knowledge is also important as the new facilities will involve cabling and network project requirements to help with budgeting and potential IT knowledge gaps on the project(s). The PM will be running point on these 4 large projects but also needs to understand how to track the holistic status of the entire portfolio, strategic vision, strategic dependencies and project impacts on budget/timeline constraints. Formal Project/Program Management experience is required in order to keep projects on track, and on budget. Domain specific certifications such as a CCM is nice to have but not required Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time and budget - Develop comprehensive schedule and drives progress to plan, proactively managing changes - Work with vendors and team to establish and achieve project goals - Ensure that requirements are properly articulated, prioritized and detailed on roadmaps and backlogs - Identify projects issues, gaps, conflicts, and propose solutions - Track critical project deliverables with core team and facilitates solutions when issues arise - Work as the liaison between clients, business leads, and functional leads to assist and document solutions to complex business problems - Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes - Facilitate and leads large project meetings to drive delivery. - May act as a Subject Matter Expert in a given area of the organization and provides guidance as needed - Oversee the development of documentation writing and gathering in accordance with policy and SOX auditing compliance - Act as a single point of contact for project status.
