EPIC Payer Platform Expertise: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the EPIC Payer Platform, possessing an in-depth understanding of its capabilities and configurations. Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including healthcare administrators, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather, document, and validate system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing workflows, and enhancing system performance within the Payer Platform. System Design: Design, configure, and maintain solutions within the EPIC Payer Platform to meet business requirements, including the creation of templates, workflows, and rules. Integration: Coordinate the seamless integration of the Payer Platform with other EPIC modules and external systems. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans, conduct system testing, and collaborate with end-users for user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and user manuals. Training: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate the successful adoption of the EPIC Payer Platform. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system-related issues, liaising with IT support teams and external vendors as necessary. Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure that the Payer Platform remains compliant. EPIC certification in the Payer module. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on the EPIC Payer Platform. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
