Establish governance and actively engage stakeholders Create and manage integrated project schedule, budget, constraints, and dependencies Ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are met Drive adoption in communication and change management Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and projects interdependencies Report the performance of projects/programs to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications 8+ years of experience in the management of projects/programs management experience Experience and knowledge in warehousing, corporate real estate, and supply chain. Led cross-functional of complex projects/programs greater than $2M+ Highly organized, strong management skills, and ability to multi-task competing priorities Excellent active listening skills and self-awareness Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations Ability to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word Bachelor's degree Required Experience: Fortune 100 experience or aviation/airline Minimum eight years as a project manager & five yrs experience as a program manager Preferred Aviation industry experience Distribution warehouse experience Construction experience Process improvement and/or management experience PMP Green Belt / LSS Exposure MS Teams, MS Project Keywords: green card microsoft Texas |
