Payroll experience Position: Infor CloudSuite HCM Consultant Location: Lousiana OR Dallas. Onsite from Day1 We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence module (Payroll experience a plus). Nice to have Workday experience. T his role is responsible for supporting full cycle implementations of Global HR including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support. They will act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation and Succession Management. Payroll experience is a plus. Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience working with Lawson Global HR and HCM modules. Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence. Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support.
