Provide support for data transfer and quality issues between the Federal Accounting and Reporting System (FARS), MDES Employee Time System (METS), and legacy Statewide Payroll and Human Resource System (SPAHRS). Coordinate and support activities with the implementation of the new state MAGIC Human Resource and Payroll system. Work with Human Resources, agency supervisors, Communications department, and the IT department to ensure accuracy of employee information within various systems and services. Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. SQL query and scripting (Including mainframe) TN3270 terminal emulator and SFTP clients HR and timekeeping systems Microsoft Excel and Word Report writing and data reconciliation Strong organization and communication skills Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required.
