| Role Salesforce Business Lead/Architect Location Remote (customer based in Malvern PA) Type of Hire C2H Duration 4 6 months contract to hire Job Description Primary Skills At least 10+ years experience in a BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE IN DELIVERING SALESFORCE PROJECTS Must have worked in at least 2 recent Large Scale Salesforce Implementation / Transformation and Migration projects. Must have knowledge of end-to-end Salesforce process Strong knowledge of products and pricing processes and configurations, strong knowledge of Lead to Cash module of Salesforce Clear understanding and knowledge of integration points in Salesforce Collaborate with Senior Sales leaders to elicit and define requirements, create business process flows and translate the same to the Teams. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Client SMEs, Collaborate very closely with the dev and test teams to ensure the work is in line with the requirements. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
