Job Title: Business System Analyst Location: Parsippany, NJ Pay Rate: $40/hr. on C2C (Max) Job Type: Hybrid (3 Days onsite) Objectives of the Role: Business Intelligence Analyst is needed to create reporting and analytics dashboard using Power BI or any leading dashboard tools. Convert and upgrade existing Excel reports to dynamic and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI or other dashboard tools. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of databases and expertise with SQL. Collaborate with various teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and timely delivery. Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of all delivered reports and dashboards. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology or Related Proficient in SQL with a strong understanding of query optimization techniques. Advanced knowledge of Power BI or any other dashboard tools for report and dashboard development. Experience with ETL processes and tools. Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
