In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our business applications for Site / Media Sales, Service operations and Network operations, ensuring that our Salesforce system and connected application supports our go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for our go-to-market teams, providing support and guidance to ensure Salesforce is effectively utilized in all sales and operation processes. Learn our business model and how it is currently architectured in the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and other stakeholders, to define workflow requirements, upgrades, and integration specifications Assist with end-to-end business system migration projects with Shell, ensuring seamless transition from Volta business systems to Shells system Create, prioritize, assign, update, and organize Jira tickets efficiently to support project goals, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and accurate task management. Customize and configure Salesforce to align with our specific go-to-market needs, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and etc Maintain data quality by implementing data validation rules, ensuring proper data hygiene, and performing regular data audits. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales and operation processes within Salesforce, automating repetitive tasks and improving user productivity. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure our GTM Business system applications are seamlessly integrated with our systems, tools, and applications. Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, addressing issues, resolving technical problems, and managing system updates and enhancements. Qualifications: Must be Salesforce Certified - Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Familiarity with Sitetracker, Hubspot, Service Max, and other Salesforce connected applications In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including custom object creation, workflow rules, and automation.
