Below are the anticipated requirements for this role: The Okta Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Okta Identity Governance platform. This includes tasks such as: Managing users and groups Configuring and managing SSO applications Configuring and managing MFA Creating and managing security policies Monitoring and reporting on Okta activity Troubleshooting Okta problems Integrating Okta with other systems Automating Okta tasks Ensuring compliance with regulations Supporting Okta Identity Governance, including: Managing access certifications Creating and managing enhanced governance reports Troubleshooting Okta Identity Governance problems Responsibilities: Configure and manage the Okta environment, including users, groups, applications, security policies, and MFA. Monitor Okta activity for suspicious activity and troubleshoot problems. Support Okta Identity Governance, including managing access certifications, creating and managing enhanced governance reports, and troubleshooting problems. Integrate Okta with other systems, such as human resources systems or customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Automate Okta tasks, such as user provisioning and deprovisioning. Ensure compliance with regulations, such as PCI DSS or HIPAA.
