Provide clarifications on product features and functionality Support, build out of program level artifacts such as program governance structure, communication plan and cadence, steering committee, change review board, planning & control, and best practices. Define, review, validate and baseline top-down integration roadmap. Drive product planning and execution. Working directly with clients to project manage each clients migration. Relaying any issues/risk, product decisions required and technical resolutions. Support implementation of standardized program level tools and governance processes. Provide escalation and decision support. Support executive and sponsor stakeholder meetings.
