The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the organization. "Job requirement 1. Experience in performance test strategy and performance test Design 2. Experience in test execution analysis & reporting. 3. 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities 4. Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them. 5. Expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, JMeter, CA Wily Introscope. 6. Experience using APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk Experience is preferred. 7. Expertise in using performance testing monitoring tools and consolidating the results 8. Expertise in creating and running Load Runner scripts including the ability to correlate and parameterize scripts 9. Expertise in creating test data to simulate volumetric claims for the performance testing based on the sampling of production data profiles. 10. Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred. 11. Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus 12. Strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills 13. Strong leadership skills 14. Experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc. 15. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment 16. Communication and Analytical skills 17. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment 18.
