Client requires Project Coordinator to support Digital Payment Space - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY EDUCATION MUST BE LISTED ON RESUME CANDIDATES CERTIFIED IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT OR BUSINESS ANALYST CONSIDERED FIRST Video interview. DURATION: 12 MONTHS initially with extension up to 5 years Rate: $40-45/hr C2C. NO FLEX IN RATE Location: Parsippany, NJ No H1b ! JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Project Coordinator to support Digital Payment Space - Will need to have experience in Technical Business Analysis and excellent organizational skills. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development teams to gather comprehensive requirements that align with business objectives and user needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives that drive the company's growth and innovation. Translate gathered requirements into epics, features, and user story acceptance criteria to guide development efforts. Analyze complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering a shared understanding of project goals. Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, working with stakeholders to develop strategies for successful project outcomes. Leverage Agile methodologies, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
