Ten (10) years or more at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations. Seven (7) years or more Domain architecture Perform as a Senior Solution Architect to perform analysis, estimation, and solution design for a variety of enterprise applications including internal, external, on-premises, and cloud-based (multi-cloud) as well as integration projects. Guide and enable the development teams to provide scalable, maintainable & quality solutions in alignment with business goals, transformation roadmap, and enterprise architecture standards. Perform technology evaluation/implementation as needed. Need to have extended knowledge of modern on-premises and cloud-based application development technologies and implementation techniques. Familiarity with IBM MVS and AS400 applications and platforms. Must have experience in application modernization and integration. Work as individual contributor on various development teams or lead a team of technical architects. Coordinate solution architecture implementation and modification activities. Document all solution architecture design and analysis work. Partner with PMO and functional teams during the lifetime of a project, including design and estimation. Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs. Understand, advocate and augment the principles of information technology strategies. Analyze domain business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements. Evangelize the architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results. Define the principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise. Collaborate with Cloud, Network, DevOps and Application architects to define security and governance models for Microservices environment. Evangelize API and Microservices architectural and governance methodologies and influence buy in from diverse set of key stakeholders. Assess, define and develop roadmap & architectural plans for Enterprise-wide API.
