Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities. Coordination and communication within the team and with customers. Work in close coordination with the development and operations team such that the application is in line with performance according to the customer's expectation. Managing stakeholders and external interfaces. Setting up tools and required infrastructure. Must know how to choose the best tools and technologies which best fits the business needs. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation. Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management. Incidence management and root cause analysis. Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline). Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs. Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer. Skill: Prior experience at all phases of the software product life cycle, from conception to extinction. Experience in DevOps end to end toolset including TFS, AWS DevOps (on-prem & cloud version) Familiarity with software security methods. Demonstrated experience using a wide variety of coding languages. Customer-oriented with the ability to receive and use constructive criticism.
