Skill Set:

SAP ECC, SAP PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and BM (Batch Management) required.

Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT applications, 3 of which must be in SAP ECC.

Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g., SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) to produce an optimal business solution.

Demonstrated ability to participate in multiple enterprise-wide level projects with high degree of complexity.

Ability to lead, manage, design, structure, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and presentations that are effective and valued by the Business Partners.

Previous work experience with in SAP PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and BM (Batch Management) required.

Knowledge of integration points between SAP application areas such as SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, BW, etc. and integration with non-SAP applications like MES systems, Concur, Ariba, etc.

Extremely flexible and open to collaboration and to adopting new ideas to resolve complex business problems.

Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop, defend, and influence users on adoption of solid, actionable recommendations.

Ability to lead, manage, design, structure, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and presentations that are effective and valued by the client.

Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm, combined with the ability to build relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to utilize the appropriate management techniques to plan, organize, control and coordinate activities.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including ability to inform, advise, instruct, persuade, intervening and changing.

High degree of proficiency in MS Excel required, proficiency in other MS Office software.

Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job.

Essential Duties:

Research, analyze, design, identify and facilitate process improvements. Make solution recommendations to the business units and process owners.

Implement new functionality and improvements for business processes utilizing integrated system technologies (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP MII, MES, Configuration, etc.) where appropriate.

Provide support for regional operations to resolve reported incidents, advise users in the proper use of the system, and implement approved upgrades, enhancements, and project requests.

Project management, process analysis, systems design, documentation, applications support, configuration, and training.

Follow IT PMO project methodology and participate in enterprise-wide projects/assignments with complexity and change management components.

Act as a liaison to key business clients and technology resources, coordinating requirements definition for multiple strategic finance and related initiatives.

Partner with process owners and super users in the development of business requirements.

Responsible for creation and maintenance of Business Scenarios, Business Process Procedures, Testing, and Quality Assurance documents related to production system changes.

Follow standardization of business processes and technologies within Information Technology and among operating unit super users.

Responsible for training and supporting a network of super users across the enterprise.

Investigate and solve problems by documenting solutions and transferring key knowledge to business users as well as within IT.

Accountable for the timely resolution of specific issues and problems within a particular area, application, database, technology, or system.

Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

Provide excellent on-going system and client support.

Understand/comply with QMS/EMS policy/procedures;

Adhere to safety policy/procedures.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures and, if applicable, all company policies relating to IATF-16949 and ISO14000.
