The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing data, conducting market research, creating financial reports, managing loan origination, generation, and management workflows using NLS, understanding report requirements, and SQL experience. The Business Analyst will work closely with the finance and lending teams to identify opportunities for improvement in financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and help to develop and implement solutions to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and loan origination, generation, and management workflows, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data related to financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards Understand report requirements from stakeholders and create reports to meet those requirements Identify areas of improvement in financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and NLS workflows and work with the finance and lending teams to develop and implement solutions Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and NLS workflows with business objectives Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems, loan origination, generation, and management processes, and NLS workflows Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred Experience with loan generation and loan management systems is required Experience with NLS loan origination, generation, and management system is preferred Strong SQL skills are required Ability to understand report requirements and create reports to meet those requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Keywords: business analyst active directory Florida |
