[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder Job Title: UX/UI Sr. Consultant Location: Minnesota (remote) Duration: 12+ months (Part time) Visa : No CPT/OPT MOI: Skype Must have: US Citizenship required Long term, part time hours. 20 hours a week We're seeking a professional/technical services of either an individual or a team that has experience with human-centered design principles in working with user groups to design user interfaces to improve the usability of applications, re-engineering business processes when necessary, and using the latest technology to innovate solutions. Required skills and experience: Previous experience in projects that used human centered design principles Previous experience in projects that designed line of business (LOB) user interfaces. Submit at least three examples of previous work or a link to your portfolio. Experience in an iterative user experience (UX) process confidence in all stages of the UX life cycle. Ability to work remotely, including the use of the consultants own telework tools, including but not limited to, laptop/computer and internet connection. Any other relevant professional experience. The individual should also demonstrate the following: Experience meeting deadlines Ability to take direction and work independently to accomplish objectives Experience facilitating usability tests and contextual inquiries Ability to collaborate with developers to successfully implement best user experience while working within the confines of current application technology Strong verbal and written communications skills.
