Develop, track and update project plans for enterprise IT initiatives led by the Departments Office of Information Technology (OIT) as directed by the Department. 6.1.2. Coordinate and facilitate planning, designing and work management sessions with OIT, divisions and/or program areas as directed by the Department. 6.1.3. Conduct regularly scheduled status and update meetings with OIT, divisions and/or program areas as directed by the Department. 6.1.4. Create design and implementation documentation according to project and work plans as directed by the Department. 6.1.5. Prepare, update and track issues and risk logs for enterprise IT initiatives as directed by the Department. 6.1.6. Track outcomes against objectives, and report outcomes as directed by the Department. 6.1.7. Ensure adequate resource allocations for the enterprise IT initiatives, and report on resource issues and shortfalls as directed by the Department. 6.1.8. DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order. Required Qualifications and Experience 7 years of experience in providing leadership and technical expertise to enterprise IT initiatives including planning, coordination, resource development, tracking and reporting 4 years of experience in managing projects. Demonstrated experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions. Education Bachelors degree (BA or BS) in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college or university. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING - The Department will conduct a criminal history record check, including fingerprinting, on the consultant assigned by the Contractor prior to the consultant commencing work for the Department. The Department retains sole discretion as to whether the results of the criminal history record check will result in the Contractors employee being disqualified from performing services pursuant to this agreement.
