Considerable knowledge, experience, and understanding of working in a VMware and Windows environment is required. This includes: In-depth experience with troubleshooting VMware and Windows problems. Thorough knowledge of and in-depth experience with performance monitoring, system testing, OS upgrade, and software patch Installation and testing in a VMware and Windows environment. Experience with standard server networking protocols. In-depth experience with medium to large-scale VMware and Windows environments. Experience with providing technical support. Experience working with and writing PowerShell scripting.
