CX Expert in Oracle Digital Customer Service with exposure to build Extensions on the DCS platform.

Location : Remote

1 Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their customer service requirements and design Oracle-based solutions that align with the organization's digital customer service strategy.

2 Oracle Cloud Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Oracle customer service and engagement cloud technologies, including Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Engagement Cloud, and Oracle Field Service Cloud.

3 Technical Architecture: Create technical architecture designs and blueprints for customer service solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, integration, and performance.

4 Integration: Design and oversee the integration of Oracle customer service solutions with other relevant systems, such as CRM, ERP, and other customer-facing digital platforms.

5 Configuration: Configure Oracle customer service cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, align with industry best practices, and support multichannel customer interactions.

6 Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that customer service solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards.

7 Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and best practices for customer service operations.

8 Training and Support: Provide training and support to customer service agents, technical teams, and administrators to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle customer service solutions.

9 Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle consultants, service providers, and vendors to implement and optimize the customer service solutions.

10 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle cloud updates, customer service best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Extensive experience in Oracle customer service and engagement cloud technologies and implementations.

Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Engagement Cloud, and Oracle Field Service Cloud.

Strong knowledge of digital customer service operations, customer engagement, and support processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Project management experience in Oracle-based customer service solution implementations.

Ability to adapt to changing customer service and technology trends.

Relevant certifications in Oracle cloud technologies or solution architecture are a plus.
