Monitor User Issues at Customer Issue tracker system (Yammer) Root caise the issues in Matlab/Simulinik Model and provide solutions Co-ordinate with the Development team and comeup with longterm resolution Test and Validate the tool requirements, Develop tool documentations, FAQs and User Manuals Update and Maintain the Tools Central knowledge base Inform management of progress and issues Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies Please indicate specific knowledge, skills, and experience required to carry out position responsibilities. Where experience is required, please indicate how much and what type. Please indicate the level of formal education (or degree) required by the job. Use the GM Talent Management Tools to identify the key competencies required (using Lominger process). Knowledge: Good understanding of Customer Process and Tools. application s/w development process, Design and Architecture experience. Good programming Skills Skills: Hands on Experience in Modeling Tools like Matlab/Simulink, IBM Rhapsody, AMESIM, GT Power, SABER etc. Good understanding of Blockset with in Matlab / Simulink and Developing new Blocksets. Experience in Matlab scripting (.m scripting) and writing s functions in C Experience with Automative domain Programming in Embedded C,C++ Good understanding of HIL, SIL Testing methodology and Calibration process will be added advantage.
