| Client Cordis Functional Area / Department OPERATIONS QUALITY ASSURANCE Supervisor Job Title QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER Computer skills proficiency in JD Edwards and/or Manhattan software systems is mandatory. SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Summarize the overall purpose of the position. Responsible for processing customer returns in compliance with internal and external procedures involving multiple IT platforms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports third-party warehouse returns processing by troubleshooting discrepancies identified with sales orders, part numbers, lot numbers and quantities. Acts as primary interface to Cordis IT platform for managing supply chain transactions in JD Edwards. Tracks metrics associated with Return Goods processing and reports results to management. Escalates challenging issues to Cordis Commercial Sales Operations team when required. Aids third-party warehouse in shipment verification activities, material movement and post return processing (scrap, return to inventory or hold) Compiles and maintains any related quality documentation. May perform Outbound and Inbound shipment audits for quantity accuracy if time allows.
