Title: Lead Ruby on Rails Developer Location: Boston MA  ( Day 1 onsite ) Contract with Virtusa Job Descriptions: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. Experience working with ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec. Ability to write clean ruby code. Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git / Gitlab. Experience with NodeJS / ReactJS. Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM. Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. Working knowledge of Postgres databases, a plus, including real-world use of pgAdmin. Familiarity working within a structured SDLC using Scrum / Kanban. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence.
