Location: Newark, NJ ( Hybrid 2 days in a week, Tuesday and Thursday ) Rate $60/hr / hr ( Kindly let us know of any constraints.) Role: QA Analyst with exp in developing SQL querries. ( looking expert in Manual Functional testing with Investment banking domain exp & Strong in writing SQL queries ). Job description: Review and analyse system specifications, identify gaps, determine testability and testing implications. Interpret, execute and document complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards. Provide detailed analysis of all testing carried out on the environments ensuring all bugs, risks and issues are logged correctly. Collaborate and work with the team to understanding the key goals/objectives of any test request and willing to challenge the solutions provided and identify gaps/problems that may have occurred in the implementation Must Have 10+ years' experience testing manually & good investment banking domain exp. Experience interrogating SQL Server databases and developing SQL queries. Proven experience in all aspects of testing from writing test cases through to signing off releases. Experience in Agile/ DevOps environments Experience of functional and non-functional testing Experience of manual testing and/or test automation Experience of creating test cases and acceptance criteria. Experience of using Testing Tools including Issue tracking tools. Superior attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills Like to Have ISTQB (or similar) certification Experience writing automated tests. Hands on-experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, Python or C#. Experience writing tests on Playwright, Puppeteer, NightwatchJS, Cypress, JMeter, K6 or other similar frameworks.
