| From: Pavan, softcom systems Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Iam Pavan from Softcom Systems Kindly respond to this requirement with updated profile Details : Client :Infosys Role: Kubernetes Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ|| Onsite Type : Contract Job Details: TechStack Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, Java At a minimum, candidates should understand how to troubleshoot basic vm issues (CPU, memory, network, disk) They should also know basic network concepts such as encryption keys, tcp and http protocols. Candidate should also know the basics of version control (preferably with git) and container management (with docker). Basic understanding of what Kubernetes is, is nice, but that is much more trainable than the previously mentioned concepts. Engineer that had a solid understanding of bash scripting and basic linux troubleshooting processes without any Kubernetes OR java knowledge whatsoever any day over someone who has mastered Kubernetes but knows little about the former. Small hint: it is impossible to master Kubernetes without also having some pretty decent commandline / bash scripting / linux admin skills.
