From: sunil, ICS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Business Systems Analyst Location: Remote Locals preferred Skills: Need telecommunications background and experience We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position for a 3-month contract with the opportunity of converting to permanent position based on performance to successfully evaluate, install, configure, and deploy Onbase application, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications for Epic, HR and Records Management throughout the enterprise. Principal Duties: Responsible to develop and work with an integrated team of Enterprise Content (ECM)and Business System Process Management professionals to provide end-to-end support for corporate document management and business process management systems and other core business applications. Support on premise Onbase and other system Upgrades - Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing. Configure and build the Onbase and other Systems support related to environments, modules, api's, interfaces, workflows, enhancements, application security, and reporting. Performs capacity & performance planning. Manage complex enterprise technology projects involved in technology systems analysis, development, coordination, implementation, and documentation of new or maintenance of existing in accordance with established project management methodology. Review, define and document technical requirements for business which includes security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications. Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications Minimum Qualification: The Business Systems Analyst's Lvl 3 role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include: Technical: Own the functional requirements link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle. Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Communicates needed changes to development team. Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. Project Execution: Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Communicates and applies project standards. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule. Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies. Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met. Communication: Facilitates the scheduling and arrangement of meetings and workshops necessary to keep the project moving along. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Analysis: Analyze and document business processes. o Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications Educational Level: A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications. Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years). Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience. Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems and hardware capabilities, programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and retrieval techniques; or A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Years of Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
