Looking for someone that will be less hands on and focus more on architecting solutions and business interaction, someone that can take charge of projects execution. This candidate will be overseeing a team of 6, architecting on power platform and azure. While manager wants someone with the same tech stack as the .Net opening, he also wants this candidate to have vast experience with blue prism or another/similar RPA software. This team has 3 verticals: Blue Prism, Azure, and .Net so manager wants this hire to have experience with all 3. You may naturally come across candidates that are more sharepoint developers because of the power platform/apps requirement, but please avoid those. Manager is looking for a pure .net developer who has picked up power platform and ideally azure cognitive services skills along their career. MUST HAVES: - Minimum 7+ years of experience as .Net developer - experience as a tech lead. Must have experience overseeing a team - 1-2+ years hands on experience with power platform (power apps, automate, and SP online) - experience with Web API development, candidate must have experience building APIs using .net. Looking for someone that can build production user cases - experience with azure (azure functions, azure APIs) - Experience with blueprism or another similar RPA software NICE HAVES: - Azure cognitive services (strong nice have) This team works with the latest technologies. They are already working with generative AI, and chatgpt technologies. They even created a bot in teams that works like chatgpt.
