Your role involves making recommendations to enhance processes, procedures, and policies related to system functioning and performance. You will also ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and uptime of server infrastructure and operating systems. Effective collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams within IT and other departments is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day operations support for SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and other M365 solutions. Design, code, and implement scalable SharePoint Online web components using XML, .NET, JavaScript, SPFx, and C#. Work with SharePoint Search schemas, managed properties, and PnP Search. Proficiency in SharePoint APIs and solution implementation best practices. Develop Power Apps applications and complex Power Automate workflows. Proficient in Windows PowerShell. Experience supporting third-party applications. Required Skills: Ownership of major projects within SharePoint Online and some third-party tools. Assist with the implementation, upgrades, and improvements of various out-of-the-box SharePoint applications and some SharePoint Online custom applications. Extensive experience in designing, coding, and implementing scalable SharePoint Online web components using XML, .NET, JavaScript, SPFx, and C#. Integration with Azure is a plus. Familiarity with SharePoint Search schemas, managed properties, and PnP Search. Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies. Understanding of DevOps methodologies. Proficiency in developing PowerApps applications with premium connectors and integration with gateway data sources. Proficiency in developing complex Power Automate workflows. Day-to-day operations support for M365 applications and solutions with tickets and incidents. Experience with File Server to SharePoint Online migrations. Troubleshoot File Server to SharePoint Online migration issues to identify and resolve root causes.
