Role : ServiceNow Architect / Lead Location : Irving, TX / Possible for Remote Duration : Long-Term Contract Job Description : As a ServiceNow Architect with OMT Module Experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform to enhance our [industry-specific] operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and design solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on the OMT module. OMT Module Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow OMT module to architect, configure, and customize solutions tailored to the specific needs of our organization. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, guiding them in best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
