Job Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant Location: West Hartford, CT 06110 Experience Requirements 10-15 years of experience in SAP Production Planning, Quality Management and Supply Chain Management modules Candidate is preferred to be located at CT, NJ, NY (USA) 5+ full-cycle Implementations using ASAP or Activate methodologies Strong knowledge / experience in roof-top consolidations, production master data consolidation Role and Responsibilities The SAP Manufacturing (PP/QM) Lead should possess expertise in Production Planning, Quality Management and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions Candidate will be responsible for leading the PP/QM track and assisting clients in documenting requirements, solution definition, implementation, testing and support of SAP PP module as a whole Candidate should demonstrate leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring teams as well as managing client relationships Candidate should have SAP and PP experience within Industrial (Discrete, Process) manufacturing Must have solid knowledge and experience with Manufacturing consolidation (centralization of Manufacturing) Must have SAP Quality Management implementation experience from scratch for Inbound, In-process, Outbound Must have thorough understanding of MRP, CRP, MES Integration, MTO/MTS/CTO Process flows, Production Settlement, Special Processes such as Subcontracting, Subassembly etc., Knowledge and experience of SAP Variant Configuration and its integration with PP Knowledge and experience of SAP PP-WM Integration for Material staging and Receipt Knowledge and experience in identifying the needs and implementing Batch Management Guide Data team to bring over PP Master data from various ERPs into SAP ECC/HANA Candidate should be well versed with various integration points and interface options with SAP-PP such as MES Integration Thanks & Regards:- Azhar Mohammad Softcom Systems Inc.
