| No H1B Job Role: PLM/QMS Consultant Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% Remote) Required: PLM Implementation, QMS, Medical/Healthcare domain experience Job Description: 15+ years of experience in Digital Engineering & Product Development, Quality and Regulatory Compliance, and End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management areas. 10+ years of experience implementing PLM, QMS and RIMS related capabilities for Healthcare / Medical Devices companies. Good understanding of leading PLM, QMS and RIMS software platforms such as Siemens, Dassault Systems, PTC, Oracle & SAP. Good implementation experience of at least two of the leading software platforms. Proven ability to develop current state process mapping, target state process definition, and business and functional requirements specifications. Proven experience in performing one or many of the following activities: Assess clients people, process, data and systems landscape and define strategic roadmap to implement Product Value Chain transformation leveraging PLM/QMS/RIMS to help realize time-to-market and time-to-quality benefits, operational efficiency and increased profitability for customers. PLM/QMS/RIMS product evaluation and recommendation. TCO and ROI assessment and optimization. Reference Architecture creation. Process transformation in the following areas. Parts and Documents Mgmt. Product Data Management including CAD. New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), Commercialization and Sustenance. Product Data and Configuration Management including Parts, BOMs (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM), DMR and DHF Management. End-to-End Change and Quality Management. Supplier and Manufacturer Collaborations. Product Compliance Management (REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Process Chemistry, etc.). Product Cost Management. Service Lifecycle Management.
