| From: Dinesh, Rurisoft LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Tech Lead AIOps Engineer Location- Baskin Ridge, NJ and Dallas, Texas- Hybrid Need someone from Data Science background **Job Summary**: As an AIOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an AIOps platform that can help our customer intelligently improve the performance, reliability, and efficiency of of their application in Google Cloud. The engineering responsibilities will include analysing datasets, understanding error conditions and corrective actions, events and their associated trigers and build an AIOps-enabled dashboard. You will work with various stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and design and implement the AI solution that can automate and optimize data pipelines. You will also collaborate with other engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy AI algorithms and models that can help predict and prevent IT incidents, as well as provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Roles: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization - Design and implement automated workflows that improve system performance and reduce downtime - Develop and deploy AI algorithms and models that help predict and prevent IT incidents - Integrate data from various sources, such as logs, metrics, events, alerts, etc., into a unified data platform - Apply data quality management, data governance, data verification, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data - Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the AIOps platform - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to the AIOps platform - Research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AIOps Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning engineering - Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, - Experience in working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka - Experience in working with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud - Experience in working with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn - Experience in working with AIOps platforms or solutions, Splunk and operations platforms such as OpsGenie - Knowledge of IT operations concepts and processes, such as monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, remediation. - Knowledge of AI concepts and techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment Keywords: artificial intelligence information technology New Jersey |
