Position Title: IT Problem Management Specialist

Location: Plano, TX (onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Problem Management Specialist to join our Information Technology team. The IT Problem Management Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving recurring IT issues, minimizing business disruption, and improving overall service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices.

Educational Background:
