Design and develop end to end contact center using Amazon Connect and AWS services Design and develop personalized and dynamic contact flows Integrate to AD/ SAML Develop lex bots Configure host integrations for IVR and agent desktop Integrate 3rd party applications like CRMs, ITMS, WFO, and AI Keep up-to-date with the latest features launched for Amazon Connect and AWS CCI. Test the new features Work with Business Analyst and Testing team for project delivery Create and maintain project design and delivery documentations AWS cloud practitioner Proficiency in AWS services like Amazon Connect, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, API Gateway, EC2, AWS Lex, VPC, Kinesis and chime Proficiency in NodeJS Contact center developer experience : 5+ years Amazon Connect experience: 3+ years Amazon Connect: Business and Technical accreditation Java, Node JS, Python should be strong in communication (both oral and writing). Must be fluent in English. SDLC, software development lifecycle, agile delivery methodology, Avaya Business Rules Engine, Avaya Intelligent Call Routing, SIP PBX Hub, Must have Good REST & Web Services experience. Familiarity on JIRA, Ant or Maven would be a plus. Knowledge on Avaya, Cisco, Etc., Contact center solutions is a great plus.
