Clients are the State Position:Business Analyst Location:Richmond, VA This role is HYBRID with 2-3 days ONSITE Visa:No H1B Responsibilities: Assist the Superintendent of Public Instruction, Assistant Superintendent for Data, Research & Technology, Director of Technology and Systems Development, Cabinet, and agency staff Identify areas of enhancement Propose creative solutions and support the solution's build phases Analyze and document current systems and processes, Identify areas for automation efficiency Required Skills: 2 years- Experience as an IT analyst Ability to solve a problem using critical thinking, including assessment of existing process to determine feasibility of automation/improvement, and Ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical team members Desired Skills: Knowledge of databases, data processes, and data security. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform canvas apps, model driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint as a data source, and connectors.
