You will work closely with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, manage project execution, and ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific supply chain and logistics needs, offering expert guidance on utilizing Manhattan Active solutions effectively. Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize project requirements by working closely with clients and internal teams. Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner for Manhattan Active, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. Project Management: Lead Manhattan Active implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Configuration and Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Manhattan Active to meet the client's specific requirements. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the implemented solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues. Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials and documentation to ensure clients can effectively use the implemented solutions. Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices related to supply chain and logistics, offering innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration). Proven experience in Manhattan Active implementations and supply chain software solutions. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications are a plus. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead successful implementations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. Analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems. Familiarity with warehouse management and transportation management concepts. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
