Role : Oracle EBS Onshore Lead Location : Chicago, IL (Onsite) Interview mode: Face to Face Required Skills: Knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM/MFG functional concepts Should have experience on Oracle EBS implementation including requirements gathering, Fit gap analysis, Process flows, Lead overall project delivery working with various external and internal stakeholders. Configuration of various EBS modules - (PO, OM, INV, BOM, WIP) Roles and responsibilities: Plan & Analyze Design Build & UT Data Conversion SIT Training UAT Cutover Readiness Deploy EBS Onshore Lead * Drive Workshops with business * Document & Review Technical Architecture * Drive Fit Gap Analysis & provide solution plan * Define & Review Testing Requirements * Document & Finalize RICEFW Strategy * Define & Review High Level Data Mapping * Work with IT & business for sign-offs * Develop & Review High-Level Process Design * Review Application Setup documents, detailed conversion and data mapping * Define Build Standards * Review Functional designs * Work with IT & business for sign-offs * Review RICEFW deliverables and provide feedback. Ensure feedback is incorporated. * Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical/functional issues * Track RICEFW deliverables throughput * Validate Data conversion and provide updates * Troubleshoot Data reconciliation issues and provide resolution strategy * Work with IT & business for sign-offs * Drive SIT sessions and co-ordinate with various 3rd party teams * Ensure Test cases are documented * Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution strategy * Provide update for SIT test cases completion * Work with IT for sign-offs * Drive training sessions and answer business queries * Work with business to get sign-offs * Drive UAT sessions and defect fixes * Work with business to get sign-offs * Prepare cutover plan * Drive sessions with 3rd party teams for review and finalize cutover strategy * Work with IT/business to get sign-offs * Ensure cutover plan is executed * Troubleshoot issues (if any) and provide resolution strategy * Work with IT for business communication Kind regards, Mohamed Yasin Sirajudeen Sr.Technical Recruiter VDart Inc.
