Utilize monitoring tools to track performance and availability of applications, and determine trends. Ability to coach others in learning this technology. Utilize log forwarding technology to troubleshoot problems and identify trends. Ability to coach others in learning this technology. Encourage collaboration and cohesiveness within their team.
