Job Title: Telephony Infrastructure Architect

Job Location:- Remote

Duration: Long Term

Note:- Candidate should have experience working on Genesys Pure Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and implementing solutions to address business demands and requirements.
Acts as subject matter expert (SME) in enterprise customer engagement strategies.
This Candidate should be ready to work during Onsite hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, configures, implements, and leads the telephony infrastructure strategies and solutions.
Guides and influences the development process to ensure implementation adheres to enterprise standards and practices.
Responsible as the SME for customer engagement strategies. Understands business requirements and guides the technical teams in the architecture, design and implementation of solution(s).
Performs installation, configuration, operational support and maintenance of enterprise telephony systems.
Provides enterprise telephony system metrics.
Adheres to compliance controls as assigned (e.g., Internal Security Audits).
Works with telephony vendors and provides oversight for Service Level Agreement adherence.
Maintains a highly available and scalable telephony environment.
Assists with technical issues, project management, design, analysis, and implementation of telephony solutions as needed. 10. Develops and executes mitigation plans for technical issues.
Prepares periodic maintenance plans and complies with change management procedures.
Maintains detailed knowledge of company telephony server and technology standards.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
Extensive knowledge of telephony systems: phone systems, dialer and contact center applications.
Good working knowledge of Cisco IP networks.
Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
Effective organizational and time management skills. 
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to produce and adhere to documentation (Visio, run books, RFPs, Project Plans, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management.
Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties. Minimum of Six (6) years contact center telephony support experience.
Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
Experience with operations management of a Windows server environment (backup, virus protection, remote office architecture, etc.) required.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, IIS, GPOs, and Windows Scripting) preferred.
Experience with Azure, O365, and Exchange Online a plus.
Telephony certification (Genesys, Cisco, etc.) required.
