Good knowledge and hands-on experience on ServiceNow in Import sets, Data loads, Workflows with manual and dynamic approval groups, Data lookup and Assignment lookup rules, Service Now Internationalization, Reports and Automation Test Framework (ATF).

Knowledge on OOB Resource management application and its modules.

Good debugging skills in issue identification and fixing. Also helps operation support team in fixing defects found by customers and providing KT on new functionalities implemented.
