| Role: Program Manager with AI and Chatbot Location: Remote Duration: 2 years+ **We need a senior Program Manager with experience managing Artificial intelligence projects especially around enterprise Chatbots. *** CANDIDATES NEED TO COME FROM VERY LARGE ENTERPRISES AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH INTERDEPENDANCY MODELING AND ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE. THEY ARE BUILDING A CUSTOMAR SERVICE CHATBOT TO SOLVE CLAIM PROBLEMS. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND GREAT PRESENTATION SKILLS. Candidates Must Have: 1. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT 2. AI/CHATBOT EXPERIENCE 3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS Job Description: Seasoned PgM/PM does not need handholding (knows how to manage a project/program without guidance) o Can take ownership and drive program/project delivery (project planning, monitoring, controlling, etc.) o Can hold core team members accountable for their deliverables o Takes the initiative to collaborate with various workstream to understand deliverables o Can connect the dots (interrelationship of all deliverables) o Diligent in watching out for risks/issues/actions/decisions and following up on them o Organized, Diligent in doing the required administrative tasks of a PM/PgM o With a little bit of technical background o Understands technology and agile/scrum, waterfall methodologies o Understanding of IA (intelligent automation) or ChatBot o With a little bit of data background o Can analyze data and come up with metrics for ChatBot utilization is a plus o With strong presentation skills o Can prepare good presentation materials and can present as well o Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, PowerPoint Regards, _______________________________ Prakash Singh Resource Consultings Services Inc.
