The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SAP GRC implementation projects in the pharmaceutical industry and will be a key member of our SAP service line. Prior to managing projects, the ideal candidate should have a technical SAP background with GRC and SAP authorization concepts with the ability to translate business requirements into system requirements. Overall Experience level: 5 to 8 years of SAP GRC project management experience SAP in addition to technical SAP GRC/ authorization background SAP S/HANA project management experience preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred Education: Degree in computer science, engineering science or equal education Location: This position will be based in US. Job Description: Develop integrated project plans and drive teams to quality completion (on-time and cost) Identify and actively manage project dependencies Set up and lead effective project governance Manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule, resources, and costs Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas; develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans Deep understanding of business processes in the Life Sciences industry Familiarity with market leading project accelerators. Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies Strong communication skills. Able to discuss in depth technical issues with development and functional teams. Experience with integrated SAP systems Familiar with managing internal/ external project stakeholder from business and IT The ideal candidate has strong problem management skills and is articulate, punctual, organized and methodical Needs to be able to lead client meetings as well as participate in pre-sales activities.
