Job Title: Voice Admin (VOIP)

Location: Richmond, Virginia (HYBRID)

Duration: 06-12+ Months Contract

NEED LOCAL to Virginia

NEED GC or USC Only

The ideal candidate will bring experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SVC) powered by Amazon Connect.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Systems Administration with a focus on Voice Systems Administration

Experience with Cloud Voice technologies specifically with Service Cloud Voice (SVC) powered by Amazon Connect.

Advanced hands-on experience with the SIP protocol and analyzing call flows

Significant hands-on experience and knowledge with Cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)

Experience in SIP Voice Service platforms, wireshark, Microsoft AD, Microsoft office suite, and Microsoft Visio.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Knowledge of end user computing including telephony (VoIP), Point of Sale, mobile devices, routers, switches, wireless devices

Must be very familiar with MS Windows (XP, 7) applications, PC hardware and software and experiences in troubleshooting and administering

Experience with Microsoft InTune Mobility Device Management (MDM) and the ability to design, deploy and maintain mobile device management solutions using Microsoft InTune.

Working knowledge of data communication and telecommunication concepts, designs and cabling standards.

Significant experience working in a heavily-regulated, complex environment with standardized processes

Significant hands-on experience with cloud contact center technologies

Ability to quickly adapt to changes in process, requirements, goals, and organizational change

Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study.
