Position: Learning Content Designer, No H1B Location: Must be local to Chicago Duration: 6+ Month MOI: Phone and Video Must have hotel experience This role will work with the Director of Learning and Development, Commercial Services to create learning content for the Commercial Services functions; specifically, Brand, Digital and Sales. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will be responsible for building learning content (e-modules, facilitation guides, SOPs, etc.) for the Commercial Services functions. This content should be dynamic, forward thinking and engaging. This position will work with the Director of Learning and Development, Commercial Services to prioritize projects on the wall of work and collaborate with department SMEs to determine scope projects and determine content needs. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years experience in learning design Thorough working knowledge of design systems; Adobe, Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, etc. 3+ years experience filming and editing video 3 + years experience in graphic design Experience managing multiple projects and working with stakeholders to bring their content vision to life Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple SMEs to build learning content Knowledge of Agile Mindset: What it means to test and learn, experiment to improve, etc. Demonstrates a commitment to Hyatt core values EDUCATION: Degree or Certification in Learning Experience Design Degree or Certification in Graphic Design Hotel experience is a plus MUST have a portfolio to show examples of your design work Keywords: information technology |
